Thank you for shopping with FAPETO. All purchases are subject to the following return policy:

All sales are considered final, except under the limited conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

- It must be in its original packaging

- Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@fapeto.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FAPETO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Opened, used, or damaged items

- Sale or discounted items

- Gift cards

- Customized or personalized products

- Perishable goods or personal care items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any applicable deductions) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
