Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS and USPS, depending on the destination, service availability, and package size.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide.

Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • United States: 3–9 business days
  • International: 7–31 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
FAPETO has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to pay customs duties

👉 The customer will be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping costs
  • Or the order may be subject to partial refund (shipping costs will not be refunded)

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, FAPETO is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery issues marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Customers must contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to file any claims.

International Shipping Risks
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that shipping times, customs processing, and delivery conditions are outside of our control.
